The City of Glen Dale is accepting letters of interest to fill an unexpired term of a City Council Seat as City Recorder for the remaining term through June 30, 2024.
Interested persons must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible and a resident of the city for one year prior to the term of office.
The City Recorder shall keep the journal of the proceedings of the Council and shall have charge of and preserve the records of the City of Glen Dale. In the absence of the Mayor, the City Recorder shall perform the duties of the Mayor.

Any interested person must submit a letter by Friday, July 21, 2023 by 4:00 p.m.
Letters received after the deadline will not be considered.
