The City Solicitor is a fully licensed attorney at law and provides professional legal representation for the City of Glen Dale as the chief legal advisor. The City Solicitor also provides legal representation to the City Council to assist the Council in conducting affairs in accordance with the statutes and laws of the State of West Virginia.
