Trick or Treat will be held in the City of Glen Dale on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.

The 2026 Fall Dumpster Clean Up will be available in Glen Dale on October 2nd and 3rd. Dumpsters will be at the city garage from 8 am to 2 pm both days.

In observance of Labor Day, city offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026. Monday garbage customers will be picked up on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.  

From the Glen Dale Water Department: Beginning with this month’s bills, we will be returning to a tri-fold bill, similar to the format used in the past, rather than the postcard format. We are hopeful
