The City of Glen Dale is currently accepting applications for lifeguards for the summer. Applications are available at the city building, or on the city website.

Spring cleanup is coming! Dumpsters will be available at the City garage on May 15th and 16th, with E-recycle at John Marshall on May 9th.

The City of Glen Dale is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to fill the position of Water & Wastewater Operator. This position supports both the Water and Sanitary Departments and is responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, repair, compliance, and reporting functions necessary

In observance of President's Day, City offices will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026. Monday garbage customers will be picked up on Tuesday, February 17th.
