Due to the weather, the Glen Dale Pool will be closed today, Tuesday, May 27th.

The Glen Dale City Pool will open on Memorial Day, Monday, May 26, 2025. Following West Virginia State Tax Department requirements, all concessions, admissions, pool parties, pool passes, and shelter rentals will be charged sales tax.

The Marshall County Spring Clean Up dumpsters will be at the city garage this Friday and Saturday. E-Recycle is also being held at the John Marshall High School Parking lot.

The City of Glen Dale is beginning a Veterans Banner program. Banners will be displayed along Wheeling Avenue, from Memorial Day through Veteran's Day annually. The banners will be 2-sided. Orders may be placed at Cockayne Farmstead. We look forward to honoring our local veterans!
