During the overnight hours of September 19th, the city experienced a rash of unlocked cars being entered and items stolen. This occurred on the west side of Wheeling Ave. from about 4th street north. If you were a victim and have not reported it to the police, please do so. And remember to PLEASE keep your vehicles locked.
