Water bill payments can be made online, in person or by mail.

Contact the Glen Dale Water Works if:

• You are experiencing brown or discolored water.
• You see or experience a water break in the Glen Dale area. If this occurs after business hours, please contact the Glen Dale City Building.

The Water Department also assists residents with sewer issues and high-water consumption issues.

All Glen Dale water employees perform their duties while in uniform and have identification visible at all times. If anyone claiming to be an employee of the water department visits your residence and you doubt their authenticity, please call the water office or the Glen Dale Police.

BOARD MEETINGS

Board Meetings are held at the Glen Dale Water Works building at 201-7th Street.

Water Board
The Glen Dale Water Board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM.

Sanitary Board
The Glen Dale Sanitary Board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM.
